1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Digilien Connect (connect.digilien.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Digilien Connect is a WhatsApp Business SaaS platform that enables businesses to connect their WhatsApp Business Account and manage customer communications using the official WhatsApp Business API.

3. WHATSAPP BUSINESS API USAGE

- Users must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy at all times

- Users are directly billed by Meta for all WhatsApp messaging charges

- Digilien Connect only charges a platform subscription fee- Users are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their customers before sending WhatsApp messages

4. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS

- Platform subscription fees are billed monthly

- Plans available: Starter, Pro, and Unlimited

- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

- Digilien Connect uses Stripe for secure payments

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to:

- Not use the platform for spam or unsolicited messages

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

- Not violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy

- Maintain the security of their account credentials

- Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes

6. DATA PRIVACY

- We collect only data necessary to provide our service

- User data is stored securely on our servers

- We do not sell user data to third parties

- Client WhatsApp Business Account data is used

solely to provide platform services

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Digilead Marketing Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

- Violate these Terms of Service

- Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy

- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Digilien Connect shall not be liable for:

- WhatsApp messaging charges billed by Meta

- Service interruptions caused by Meta or WhatsApp

- Loss of data due to user error

- Indirect or consequential damages

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
